Victor Wolf Ltd is a private limited company registered in England & Wales under registration number 03252431. The history of the company goes back without interruption to 1825, when it started to be involved in soap manufacturing. Since 2009 it is become involved in recruitment and training of healthcare professionals wanting to work in the EU.

Although we are not registered   in every country , where we are active , we are registered with the Scottish and Northern Ireland Care Commissions , that regulate  recruitment agencies for the healthcare sector. Director

Max Wolf - Victor Wolf’s current 8th generation director is Max Wolf, LLB, MA, Barrister at Law. After qualifying as a lawyer Max worked for three years in the German branch of a multinational accountancy firm, and since then has spent most of his working life running manufacturing companies in the chemical, personal and household care industries, both in the UK and Russia. In 2005, Max decided to use his knowledge of managing large numbers of employees and his experience of relocating and working abroad to set up a recruitment agency. This agency was based in the Baltic States, and found work for unskilled workers in the UK. He has gained extensive experience in the recruitment of migrant workers, and is well placed for dealing with persons in the recruitment sector. Since returning to Scotland Max has continued his involvement in the hygiene market by developing a range of infection control products, but his main business has focused on establishing a training and recruitment service for skilled personnel from Eastern and Central Europe wanting to work in the UK healthcare sector.

Barbara Rowland, Named Nurse Manager

Barbara  has over 40 years experience of working in the NHS. As a qualified Nurse, Midwife and Health Visitor, Barbara has gained invaluable insight into the many aspects of hospital and community care. Working at NHS Board level during the 1990’s, Barbara was a Patient Services Manager, working within the Directorate of Quality and Patient Services. Throughout her time in the NHS, Barbara has successfully undertaken studies to further her career and is experienced in the recruitment and retention of staff as well as being an assessor of professional practice.

As Named Nurse Manager, Barbara oversees the recruitment, selection, training and placement of all Nurses placed with Alma Safe Care. She is also responsible for ensuring that the company continually adheres to overall high standards of quality.
